On the faded printing, it could be the transfer roller, also included in a maintenance kit. Start a print job and open the cover when the paper is half way through. You should be able to see if the problem exists before the fuser. If it is there right after the drum, then it could be the tran

Jon- 9 times out of 10 rollers will solve the problem for paper pickup. We ran into a problem a month or so ago in which the laser scanner assembly was causing paper to jam up. We did rollers first, but it ended up being the scanner assembly. I haven't run into the faded side of
