When printing in Safari select print and then change the third dropdown
box(Copies & Pages) to Safari and on that page you have a check box that says
"Print webpage information in headers and footers"

use firefox as your browser. choose file print. change where is says
"copies & pages" to "firefox" then towards the bottom of the page you
will see the choices for headers and footers. change them all to "blank".
