you can check in webadmin what's hogging it,
if its CPU/MEMORY/IO...etc...

I saw some jenkins jobs get stuck on this slave.
I logged in (hardly. it was hardly responsive)
and the load average was 24.
I suggest reducing number of executors on this machine
