I ran `dnf update` on pagure02.fedoraproject.org thinking I was working on
a different system. The box has been updated to the latest packages. Once I
realized my mistake I reviewed the changes and did not see anything that I
felt would affect pagure's operation.

The sysadmin-analysis group is used on data-analysis01 for people to log in
and work there. Because everyone in that group was in an existing group, I
forgot to add it to bastion. However a new person joined and they don't
have access.

Kevin and I found all the mac addresses for the mgmt boxes and are putting
them onto dhcp so when they show up in new location.. they should come up
without trying to use 'dead' networks.

When bringing up a new host,
1. Edit the appropriate dns file in the Fedora Infrastructure DNS
repository.
2. Commit the changes and wait for them to sync out to dns.
3. Test that the hostname and ip address match.
4. Add the hostname to the ansible inventory file in the appropriate group.
