Oooohhh.....I think I see where I'm confused. There are 2 original resources,
not one. The first resource is the blue dog, with the b/w cartoon as the
visible image. Then the 2nd resource is the b/w cartoon, with the pineapple as
the visible image.
I didn't realize the b/w cartoon was uploaded twice.
Problem solved :-)

No the thumbnail is the third image, but it's generated and not
something that you can normally enter. An administrator /could/ put in
a different image for the thumbnail vs. the rendering vs. the svg file
though.
