Hi website editors,

while looking for something else, I discovered that there is an option
to disable pasting anything but plain text into the website's text editor.

This can help us prevent the known plugin copy accidents, where copying
a plugin from one page to another one results in plugins that are the
same on both pages, and when you edit one (i.e. translate it), then it
also changes on the source page.

But, this comes with some very severe disadvantages:
- Formatted text that is copy-pasted looses all formatting (for example
headings, bold text, anything).
- Plugins cannot be copy-pasted (to move them) on any single page.
(as a workaround, this is still possible in source mode)

I'm in favour of keeping things as they are, but I wanted to ask for
other's opinions.

What do you think?

Maren
