In the Security & Privacy preference pane, does Qt Creator have (or is it
blocked from) one of the requisite permissions? Users have reported similar
issues with Xcode; e.g. here:

I'm very excited to see that work on QtWebKit has been revived. I'm curious
as to whether there are concrete plans to incorporate QtWebKit with the
next releases of Qt? If so, will these be made part of the Qt 5.10 bet
