The bug that you are referring to has been marked as closed. You might
want to file a new bug with information on how to reproduce it and then you
can attach your patch within the bug report itself.

The bug is that if the post request spans multiple packets as in case of
file upload in php-thttpd then it fails and sometime php-thttpd crashes as
php code expects that the thttpd code has read full content
