*Interview mode: Phone.Job Description:*Strong PM skills and who has managed Application Development Projects and has a Developer background *Must be a good "team player".* •Responsible for the management of the entire project lifecycle, from project definition/scope through implementation. •Develop project plan and drive project milestones. •Employ program/project management methodologies and tools. •Identify, coordinate, and manage resources and key stakeholders for project. •Ensure effective change management occurs •Manage all communication plans, training and documentation. •Deliver projects on time, at/under budget and within scope. •Track, document, and communicate project status to all stakeholders on a regular basis throughout the lifecycle of the project. •Position requires excellent oral and written communications, attention to detail, interpersonal, negotiation, project planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis and problem-solving skills *Required Qualifications:* *PgMP/PMP certification and have programming skills as part of their background experience *8+ years of professional PM experience in the Information Technology field for new web application software development experience is MANDATORY. *8+ years of PM experience on large software development projects.
