*Abinitio Developer* *Location : NYC* *Duration : 1 year* 8+years experience in ETL Abinitio, Oracle /Netezza with Production Support lead experience. Support leads are involved primarily in Incident Management. The primary tasks include troubleshooting and analysis of escalated issues, coordination with development team for faster issue resolution, Incident trend analysis, Problem Analysis and Simulation and business Impact Analysis. Support lead is also responsible for Identification of service improvement opportunities and tool development. Status reporting to clients and internal stakeholders is another responsibility. Support lead will also be involved in shift management for projects involving shifts and also mentoring of Support analysts. Different shifts will require Shift Managers for consistent hand-offs and effective activity and performance monitoring. Skills include production support management experience on multiple technologies.
