Design, plan, coordinate and execute all aspects of Avaya Communication projects and technology. Support and troubleshoot Communications platforms. Serves as point of authority and/or technical resource of VoIP and Contact Center technology and call recording platforms, including remote agent applications, preparation of Contact Center call flow diagrams and documentation on script changes. Diagnose and resolve complex VoIP technology issues related to Contact Center, PBX, Voice Mail, ACD/IVR, Faxing, and CTI.
