*Data/Reporting Analyst in HR – Newark, NJ – Contract (C2C)*

*Rate:                $55 per hour on C2C*



*Description:*



We are looking for a *Data/Reporting analyst* *with strong analytical
skills and proven ability to interpret business needs and translate data
into reports that identify key metrics and trends using of advance level
knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access.*

Must have strong experience in HR domain – should have *excellent
understanding of* *HR policies and functioning in general.*

Must have advanced skills in *Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access:* *must
be proficient with creation of various charts, graphs, pivot tables, use of
look-ups, formulas, etc.*

Must have experience in working with *Access.*

Candidate must have prior experience working with executive levels; *Ability
to maintain discretion / confidentiality is a must have trait for this
role.*



Ability to design and implement process improvement plans leveraging
innovative solutions (e.g. designing an automated solution to a manual
process).



The HR Reporting Analyst would be responsible in preparing various reports
which would include, but not limited to:


1) Board reports
2) Profile objectives
3) Profile reports
4) Monitoring reports
5) Trending reports
6) Workforce analyses
7) Adverse Impact analyses
8) Compensation analyses
9) Performance ratings analyses
10) Analyses for external surveys
11) Ad hoc internal requests for demographic analyses
12) Other Affirmative Action Plan reports
13) Analyses to support OFCCP audit
