If you are not interested in this position, Please let me know if you have any friends who would be interested...... *· **Job Title: Java Developer with Ruby* *· **Duration: 6+ Months * · *Location: Dallas, TX* *Responsibilities:* · This growing international industry leader has an immediate 5+ month contract opening in North Dallas for a Senior Developer (with Ruby or PHP experience). · Will be responsible for creating and maintaining modern web applications that are compatible with both mobile and traditional devices, using a variety of technologies and programming languages including HTTPS, Ruby, PHP, JAVA, SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript/AJAX, RESTFUL and SOAP web services, and responsive design techniques on a Linux platform. · Will work closely with the development and business teams in an Agile environment. Will participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle including feature specification, time and cost estimates, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. · Will be extensively involved in front end and back end development leveraging Open Source Frameworks and Technologies. Will develop user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Will implement software solutions and analyze/resolve software bugs and performance problems.
