2.        Make performance changes to application

3.        Work with DBA team to understand the 2014 conversion from 2008
and perform application code changes, testing and implementation.

*Generic Managerial Skills*

Resource must be a self-starter, whom requires little guidance, and would
need to be very confident in their ability to migrate from 2008 2014.
Should work on POCs and recommend application code changes.
