Position Description Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for aligning business process requirements with technological solutions for global rollout of TeamConnect for the Claims Litigation Management International. The implementation will leverage the existing TC Legal Matter Management Application, which provides the ability to submit invoices and budgets electronically using Collaborati Spend Management from Mitratech. The core strategic project is the global deployment of the TeamConnect matter management solution and standardizing the software platform. In addition, this resource will be the key technical subject matter expert and manage the onshore and offshore resources to complete the implementation. Job Functions/Responsibilities •Lead the efforts of documenting business and functional requirements by working closely with the business operations team •Excellent oral and written communications skills •Expertise in analysis, documentation, configuration and implementation of matter management, claims management and litigation support systems •Excellent client facing skills •Strong team player and team leader •Functional and technological assessments •Information systems planning •Business process improvement •Business requirement to technical specification translation •Business process design and e-Billing gap analysis and configuration •Resource planning estimation for multi-project scenarios •Work closely with onshore and offshore resources to translate requirements and functional design •Ensure that all enhancements, bug fixes, and new products are documented and follow the ADM methodologies and guidelines Education and Experience •B.S/B.A – Business, Engineering, Technology, Materials Management, or related field •Advanced degree preferred, but not required •TeamConnect experience 3-5 years •Experience with outsourcing / off shoring / business process or legal process outsourcing (BPO/LPO) •Management consulting preferred Knowledge and Skills •Deep functional, technical and subject matter expertise on TeamConnect and related legal issues •Excellent verbal and written communication skills •Ability to successfully execute projects in a matrixed environment •Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities •Adherence to SDLC guidelines and software deployment best practices •Ability to work with attorneys and build consensus •Application support expertise •Resourceful and creative in approach to research and problem-solving •Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision •Proven ability to balance multiple assignments and meet strict deadlines •Superior interpersonal and persuasive speaking skills About O&S – Corporate Center Applications Corporate Center Application International is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing application solutions to support the Global Corporate Functions, including: •CTO/BISO •eBusiness Technology •Quality Assurance •SIO Admin/Legal •SIO Risk & Admin Services The group has a team aligned directly to each of these Corporate Functions. In addition, there are a number of shared services, including: Quality Assurance, Security, Application Infrastructure, PMO, SOX/Compliance that provide support across the organization groups. |
