*Interview mode: Phone than Skype.Job Description:*Working with product Project Managers, developers, and SME’s at all stages to promote quality practices ? Leading key quality activities like test case creation, requirements traceability, test execution, defect reporting, etc… ? Manages schedule of Quality Assurance tasks and resources ? Lead triage of defects reported and ensure that testers are following the correct process for reporting and closing defects ? Reporting metrics and progress to key stakeholders *? Work collaboratively with QA team to create and update test cases to ensure accurate and productive test execution* *? Minimum 2 years leading QA teams in full lifecycle of testing tasks* *? Minimum 7+ years related QA experience with knowledge of testing tools and applications (test management systems, test automation tools, and performance test tools)* *? Proven QA Lead experience working with onshore and offshore resources* ? Strong knowledge of all phases of Software Development Lifecycle ? Strong working knowledge of software testing phases (Functional, Integration, Performance, and Quality Metrics). ? Excellent working knowledge & expertise in HP Quality Center ? Strong knowledge and experience with SQL ? Extensive experience in coordinating testing effort, responsible for test deliverables, status reporting to management, issue escalations ? Working knowledge of SharePoint for QA team documentation.
