Candidate needs to be based out of Wipro office in Jefferson City, telecommuting not an option for this role. This is a long term requirement for approx. 12 months with a potential to extend. Essential Skills: Basic knowledge of Fair Isaac Blaze Advisor 7.x software or other popular Rules Engines namely PEGA, ILOG, etc. 1+ Years experience working as Rules resource in Development, Enhancement and/or Support projects Techno-functional resource having worked in Development environment Good communication skills both verbal and written Ability to seamlessly interact with IT stakeholders Process oriented with good analytical skills. Additional Skills: Experience in Mainframes COBOL deployment environment preferred Familiarity with CICS, COBOL, DB2/SQL desirable ISPF experience Medicaid claims processing knowledge/experience preferred.
