Hands-on experience with EXCEL Macros (2-3 years). Must have Insurance domain experience (P&C). Having experience in test automation tools like QTP is a plus. Should possess setting expectations and client management skills. Should be willing to work in onsite-offshore model. Mentor offshore team as needed.
