Job description The Mopar Service Bill of Material Systems Specialist is responsible for supporting applications and ICT initiatives for Mopar Service Parts Setup and Releasing. The successful candidate will work closely with business partners and ICT support groups to gather and document requirements including, but not limited to, process maps, use cases, risk plans, communication plans, test plans, and launch plans. The successful candidate will also be responsible for coordinating and tracking test execution and identifying and collecting representative test data by the service provider. Position Requirements Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree Minimum 5 years of experience supporting an application as a business analyst or business partner Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field of study Project Management, PMP Certification a plus Understanding of mainframe and web architectures Ability to handle multiple assignments and tasks independently Understanding of Engineering and/or Aftersales business processes and applications. Bill of Material experience is a plus.
