Desired Experience with any of the following: • Industry certification is preferred. • Background in project management and/or programming Knowledge of BABOK concepts • Strategic Leadership over a domain of applications and technologies • Lead and collaborate with cross functional business and technology teams to define project scope and estimates of highly complex business requirements; bring project stakeholders to consensus on project scope and concisely translate business scope to technology specifications • Evaluate business needs, analyze data and processes, evaluate new and existing systems to determine gaps and fits, and translate business requirements to technology specifications. • Facilitate and participate in application design sessions of highly complex business requirements; propose and formulate project solutions that align with future business strategy, meet current business requirements and considers technological architectural standards • Write detailed functional and technical specifications and prepare other systems and functional documentation such as flow charts, use cases, and activity diagrams that clearly defines business and systems requirements • Coordinate and participate in the QA testing process; work with programmers and QA analysts to analyze resolve issues. • Provide consultative support to business units, project teams, act as liaison between user areas and technology, keep all parties informed of status, and effectively coordinate problem resolution. • Coordinate, communicate and verify implementations. • Guide, advise and/or train less experienced staff • Prepares detailed specifications, requirements, scope documents and logic flowcharts for the development and implementation of the most complex application programs and modifications. • Conducts quality-control tests and analyses to ensure that software meets or exceeds specified standards and end-user requirements. Ensures the most complex project requirements are executable, testable, complete and not ambiguous. • Analyzes the most complex systems requirements and existing business processes and information systems and develops cost-effective information technology solutions. • Serves as the top-level expert in the analysis of the most complex application systems issues and provides technical solutions. • Validates the most complex requirements, including functional validation and traceability and consensus building. • Tests and analyzes each component/phase of the systems development life cycle including the project requirements, design and programs. Develops the most complex test strategies. • Executes the most complex tests according to established plans and scripts, documents and communicates results. Collaborates with developers and/or end users to determine appropriate solutions. Retests corrections to ensure problems are resolved. • Leads in the development, implementation and maintenance of complex test data files with valid and invalid records to thoroughly test program logic and verify system flow. Leads activities related to User-Centered Design Analysis including the following: Conceptual Design, including UCD and • end-to-end experience design; Interaction Design, including Information architecture and workflow analysis; Visual Design, including page design and rapid prototyping. • Leads complex user research and validation, including usability testing and contextual inquiry/analysis.
