Role: *Salesforce Business System Analyst * Location - San Ramon, CA - Local candidates Only No of openings - 2 Duration - 12 months Quick Interview Description - Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (Architectural/ Software Design Environment ) This position of Salesforce Business Systems Analyst ensures that Sales and channels business systems requirements are fully supported with the appropriate systems, tools, and processes. It accomplishes this via rigorous process and data analysis, creation of business system requirements, effective project management in tandem with business and IT partners and successful implementation strategy and delivery. It is also responsible to ensure process and system integration across the breadth of Sales and channel functional activities. Responsibilities Drive key initiatives/projects to completion and ensure deliverables meet business needs. Gather and track business and functional requirements, define project scope, write detailed functional specifications, provide impact assessments, identify gaps, evaluate change requests, capture and prioritize bugs. Conduct effective project meetings; publish minutes, and track issues and actions to resolution. Participate in end to end implementation planning to include project management, issue management, communication and change management Reviewing QA and UAT test scripts. Managing UAT with end users including coordination and user acceptance signoff Work closely with development team through software development methodology, including project assessment, planning, design, build, QA and implementation. Provide on-going feedback and status of projects to IT and business areas, identifying any variances to plan and proposing solutions and alternatives for the variances Co-ordinate with our clients partners for sign off on functional specifications, and user acceptance testing. Competencies Minimum of 10 years of SDLC Business Systems Analyst experience Minimum of 2 Years Salesforce Business Systems Analyst experience Must have experience with Salesforce.com Sales cloud Experience with SFDC Modules highly desired Must have experience with requirements gathering, documentation (business requirement, functional specification, as-is process, to-be process, gap analysis, user / training documentation etc.), hands-on detailed systems, data modeling, conducting end user training and implementation. Experience working in Sales, Channels and Customer Analytics functional area will be preferred Experience with Salesforce.com to Salesforce.com integration (S2S) will be preferred. Must have an in-depth understanding of business requirements and the underlying business processes Exceptional communication skills, able to communicate effectively with both a technical audience and business users Attention to detail, strong listening skills, and good verbal and written communications are required Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently within established time lines. Demonstrated ability to learn and embrace new and changing technologies, applications and solutions.
