As this is a very urgent requirement, I would really appreciate your help in this regard. *Role: Business Analyst* *Duration: contract* *Location: Dallas, TX* *Interview: Phone Interview/Face to Face Interview* *Visa Status: MUST BE EAD AWAITING GREEN CARD, GREEN CARD, or U.S. CITIZEN* *MUST BE IN DALLAS AREA. **FACE-TO-FACE INTERVIEW IS REQUIRED!* *JOB DESCRIPTION:* 1. This person will need to be familiar with some of the ITIL process involving Change, Incident, Problem, Service Request, and ITSM. Bulk of the work is with Change Management. 2. Must have worked with a known ticketing system (EX: ServiceNow or Remedy). 3. Have worked within a medium to large global organization and have worked with various teams (EX: Infrastructure, Network, InfoSec, SAN, etc…) 4. Must know how to speak and interact with all levels of management, lines of business, and various teams in order to prepare, communicate, and coordinate Major and highly-critical Network Change Controls, with the Network Engineer, Change Management, Support team(s), and affected Business Partner(s) and coordinate times for end-user and/or application owner testing. 5. Worked with reporting for status updates. 6. Must be familiar with the Project Management Lifecycle from start to end. 7. Know how to translate technical requirements and/or technical verbiage into to business requirements and/or write in such a way that the business can understand. 8. Must be flexible to work odd hours on any day and some weekends when implementation changes are necessary. 9. Must be a quick learner, able to multi-task, team-player, think quickly and outside the box with various ad-hoc projects that will need to be implemented. 10. Have knowledge of SharePoint and permission administration (i.e. setup folders/documentation, permissions, add/delete users, customizations, etc.). 11. Lead brainstorming sessions for PoC (Proof of Concept) or requirements for potential upcoming projects with Network engineer(s). 12. Must be able to lead the bi-weekly Implementation Team meetings and maintain project status updates. 13. Must be advanced with MS Office (EX: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, SharePoint, etc…) 14.
