 *Primary Responsibilities*

   - Perform standard administrator functions like user management,
   profiles, roles, permissions, rules, assignment rules and queues.
   - Create custom formula fields, field dependencies, validation rules,
   workflows, page layouts, email services, approval processes and field
   updates according to application and business requirements.
   - Maintain the functional areas of accounts, contacts, campaigns, leads
   opportunities, cases, dashboards and reports.
   - Must be able to utilize Apex Data Loader or Salesforce Workbench to
   import and/or export data to and from Salesforce.
   - Must have experience installing managed packages or any other
   Salesforce exchange
   - Stay current with Salesforce releases and corresponding documentation
   and provide new functionalities and solutions as needed.
   - Participate in cross-functional teams that address strategic business
   issues.
   - Ensure effective and accurate tracking and logging of Salesforce
   support and related report issues.
   - Execute Sarbanes-Oxley policies related to Salesforce.com and strictly
   adhere to those policies
   - Ability to triage issues as they come in to help with assignment and
   routing of production support needs.
   - Perform other duties as may be assigned.

*Required Experience*

   - 5+ years of solid hands-on experience with Salesforce.com in an
   administrative or development role at a mid-sized or larger company
   - Solid understanding of standard Salesforce objects, best practices,
   security settings, Apex, validation rules, Visual Force, etc.
   - Experience working with Sales Reps is strongly desired.
   - Demonstrated experience in all common configuration tasks in the Sales
   Cloud. Service Cloud experience is a plus
   - Experience with data manipulation, cleaning, and de-duplication
   - Experience with SFDC Knowledge, Zuora, and Marketo is a plus
   - Ability to reasonably estimate the time for tasks and then meet
   deadlines set by those estimates; ability to quickly and effectively
   prioritize multiple requests
   - Outstanding attention to detail and problem solving skills  -- Must be
   a self-starter.
   - College degree preferred.
   - Certified Salesforce.com Administrator is a plus
