Senior Software Developer .NET / Stamford, CT (USC / GC only) *Senior Software Developer .NET* Location: Stamford, CT (Ideally looking for LOCAL candidates) Duration: 6 months Client: Gartner Rate: $60hr All Inclusive *Description* We are looking for a passionate, experienced and well-rounded full-stack Senior Software Developer in the ASP.NET field. The candidate will be part of the team, which manages Gartner Event’s customer facing web sites and services. The ideal candidate will be someone who has 4-6 years of experience with an ASP.NET web development background and has experience building/supporting customer facing websites, web services, databases and other application technologies. *Requirements* - Bachelor's of Computer Science degree from a four-year college or university - Minimum of 4-6 years of experience building ASP.NET and C# based Internet facing enterprise web applications - Strong knowledge of OOP development using Visual Studio in many of the following C#/ASP.NET /MVC/WCF/WPF/MSSQL/SOAP/Restful/SOA/Enterprise Library - Applied Model View/X patterns in the real world - Firm understanding of security principles - Experienced in applying structured SOLID principles - Applied IoC/DI using unity or other frameworks - MSSQL Database Development skills.
