*Sr.Business Analyst with HealthCare * *Location – Detroit, MI* *Contract – 13 months or longer * *GC and US* Scope of Work: • With general guidance and coaching, provides analytical support to a specific group of customers on business applications, infrastructure and technology related activities • Acts as a project team member, specifically on requirements definition and testing activities • Provides guidance, assistance, coordination and follow-up on complex problems and ensures resolution • Assists customers on their migration to new or revised products, applications and platforms • Works with application developers and operations personnel to support production applications and customer-specific operations • Significant creativity is required Education Requirements: • Senior - Bachelor's degree required • Master's degree preferred *Minimum required experience or skill set: * • At least 10 years work experience • At least 5 years of experience as a senior business analyst focused on business process improvement and development • Demonstrated expertise analyzing requirements and developing (with input from subject matter experts) business processes recommendations • Ability to develop and articulate complex process flows • At least 3 years of business experience in health care • Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate results of analysis • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent problem solving skills • Self-starter with the ability to work toward a stated objective with minimal oversight • Team player with a can do attitude • At least 5 years of management experience • Excellent follow through • Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, Project and Visio • Experience with SharePoint *Additional preferred experience or skill set: * • 3 Years’ experience with Our Client’s analyzing business functional or operational areas • 5 Years health care experience *Thanks & Regards,* *Davis* Technical Recruiter* * *Addon Technologies, Inc.* *17197 N.
