We will train you for success. - Fast-track promotion opportunity to become an Account Manager role within just twelve months. - Experience in entire Sales Life Cycle and have ability to market more than 5 candidates at a time. - Checking with the consultants comfort on job requirements and suggesting any modifications required to improve their chances of short listing for the job positions applied. - Ability to interact, develop Vendor network and get the H1B/OPT/ GC/ USC candidates placed in quick turnaround time. - Gathering requirements for consultants from Tier-1 Vendors of clients, Job portals and other networking techniques. - Submitting the candidates for the suitable positions and following up regarding the rates and client interviews. - Updating and maintaining the database for future requirements, generate daily reports and update them. - Meeting Team targets in time and ensuring smooth recruitment process - Ideal candidate would possess high energy, be highly motivated and self-directed.
