Job Title Facets Senior System Administration
Location: Baton Rouge of LA
Rate: $53/hr
Mode of Interview: Telephonic and Face to Face
Job Description: POSITION PURPOSE:
This position is responsible for maintaining and supporting all
production and non-production Facets 5.1x, Networx, ClaimCheck, Letter
Server, and FXI environments.
· Make presentations to senior management.
· Provides technical advice to management and frequently
participates as technical advisor and consultant in management decisions.
· Frequent contact with management in other divisions/groups.
· Must be able to understand the requirements of multiple
departments identify and negotiate trade-offs to gain management agreement
with proposed recommendations.
· Meets regularly with customer line management and executives to
resolve product and project problems and issues.
· Must be able to troubleshoot and resolve complex systems issues,
either individually or by coordinating with business and IT management and
internal and vendor technical support staff
· Meets with all levels of customer management to exchange
information.
Qualification:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or Statistics
required. Master’s Degree preferred.
· Four years’ experience within healthcare supporting Facets can be
substituted for Bachelor’s Degree.
· Must have a minimum of four years technical experience and
hands-on technology implementation to include five years programming
experience.
· Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred.
· Requires knowledge of advanced technology, business applications,
and the development process and systems design in such areas as
multi-processing and multi-programming, terminal-oriented and
communication-based systems, languages, etc.
· Facets Administration, TriZetto’s NetworX Pricer, McKesson’ Claim
Check, Optum’s Inpatient/Outpatient Web services, FXI, Configuration
Migration Utility, TCS, Letter Server
· Must have experience in a minimum of two of the following
technical competencies: C#, ADO.NET, ASP.NET, VB.NET, SSRS, Crystal
Reports, SSIS, SQL Coding, MS SQL Server, BizTalk, TFS, BOE, Java Scripts,
HTML, XML.
