Most of the submittals have only had experience with one and not the other. They also need to have bootstrap and Angular experience and be extremely well-versed in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Jquery and Adobe Creative Suite. Resource will need to be a UX Designer & UI Developer. *Notes from the call:* • HTML Developer, and a UI expert • Front end designer and developer • Experience building bootstrap pages ( this would be nice to have) • CareFirst member website – taking a static website and making it mobile-responsive using CSS and Javascript • Team site/ live site – preferred • Working on Content management team • Java script, JQuery- mid level experience • Start ASAP • Phone interview and manager will make a decision. skype is an option, but would mainly like phone interviews. • Online portfolio being shared is “strongly preferred” • Contract will take them through Aug 2015 pending budget approval *The following will detail the responsibilities:* * Create static comps using Adobe Illustrator CC (not Photoshop) * Converting those comps to responsive, interactive HTML prototypes with Bootstrap framework and/or media queries, HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, and JQuery * The resource needs to have experience integrating these technologies with a content management system.
