Please send me the available profiles for the below mentioned position Job Title: Senior SalesForce Analyst Location: Richmond, VA Duration: 6+ Months *Responsibilities:* • Develop, prioritize, and manage Salesforce.com enhancement request prioritization with IT partners. • Streamlining the business process using salesforce service cloud. Should be able to drive BPR (Business Process Review) sessions. • Foster and maintain strong working relationships with critical business partners (e.g. Enterprise Systems/IT, sales reps and management) to expedite the review and approval process for any Salesforce.com customization. • Identify potential training opportunities and coordinate with internal teams to develop and deliver tools, documentation, and training. *Qualification: * • SFDC certifications • Strong knowledge about salesforce service cloud. • 2+ years’ experience in direct Salesforce administration • Proven ability to work cross-functionally to understand business requirements and translate them in to effective use of applications • Strong understanding of Agile methodology • Strong written and oral communication skills • Self-starter- able to individually manage/prioritize your workload *Preferred:* • Experience in finance, banking. • Experience working with reporting and data visualization tools.
