These individuals should have knowledge and demonstrated experience in various information security areas, such as: Identity and Access Management, Threat and Vulnerability Management, Information Risk and Governance, IT architecture, Monitoring, Incident Response and Security Strategy and knowledge and demonstrated experience securing UNIX, Linux, Microsoft, relational databases, transactional websites, personal computer, and mobile platforms. Hands on experience with Microsoft Azure and / or Amazon Web services would be nice.
