Job Title BI Developer Location New Jersey/Jersey City Duration 6 Months /Contract MOI Tel + Skype NEED USC/GC ONLY *job duties* · assess, collect and document business requirements in support of developing bi analytical solutions as part of a big data initiative · work with technology and business stakeholders to refine and iterate bi and analytical requirements, establish constructs and define reporting views based on specified use cases · develop technology specifications and ensure that new bi reporting views are designed for optimal access and usefulness while keeping in mind bi standards and best practices · apply enterprise bi reporting practices to design a solution that meets operational requirements, such as usability, scalability, maintainability, security, reliability, extensibility, flexibility, availability and manageability · define structures best suited for bi/analytics and a big data/dw approach · leverage bi stack against a big data ecosystem to demonstrate use case feasibility · facilitate adoption and implementation planning of a next generation business intelligence “*big data*” program while supporting implementation best practices *required skills/background* · 10+ years’ experience in the enterprise business intelligence & reporting · experienced in analyzing, defining and developing requirements · experience in creating data dimensions, business view and rules that conform to enterprise reporting standards · experience with cognos, microstrategy and other bi tools required *relevant experience with* · big data platforms and technologies · hadoop, cloudera and open source technology · nosql database platforms · data warehousing · data management & etl tools · excellent written and verbal communication skills. · capability to contribute functionally or technically to business intelligence strategy development · financial services experience a must, wealth management preferred -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "International SAP Projects" group.
