This requisition is for a supplemental staff position in the Electronic
Data Interchange

(EDI) Open Systems (Linux) group. The EDI group utilizes IBM's product WTX
to

transform data from application flat file format to EDI format and vice
versa.

Currently both ANSI and EDIFACT are supported. Although EDI supports
several EDI

messages, the majority of the volume are 210s, 322s, 404s and 215s.

*Primary Skill: Linux Application Development*

Details of Position:

The individual must have *extensive knowledge of WTX on the Linux platform*,
*Trading*

*Manager, Linux scripting, Oracle, Stored procedures and MQ Series*. If the
candidate

has working knowledge of *C and Java is a plus*. The individual will be
involved in

every phase of the development lifecycle. She/he must be able to attend

requirements meetings, translate the requirements into *design documents,*code

from a design document, create test scenarios/cases/scripts, perform and
support

various testing cycles, create implementation plans and implement the
change. In

addition, this person will recommend process improvements and support the

application including off site coverage.

Must

demonstrate proficiency in authoring requirements and analysis
documentation.

Develop,

applications and systems. Responsibilities include application enhancements,
