*Position:- Android Developer* *MOI:- Skype and In person* *Location:- Sunnyvale, CA* *Duration:- 12+ Months* *Responsibilities* · Participates in planning regarding business and functional priorities as well as technical requirements. · Architects and implements new mobile applications. · Implements strategies for continuous integration and build processes. · Produces documentation for applications under development. · Works with Test Engineering team to determine if applications fit specification and technical requirements. · Assists in the rollout of software releases. · Assists with tracking performance metrics. · Develops and maintains a process for software updates. · Performs maintenance, customization, and repair of current applications · Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. *Qualifications* · 3-5 years experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years of Android experience. · Experience should include having built and launched commercial applications in the Google Play Store or equivalent. · Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, preferably in Engineering/Computer Science · Must have experience in tuning Android applications for better performance. · Strong programming experience in Java. Very familiar with Java design patterns, data structures and algorithms. · Experience with agile methodologies.
