*Project Description:*

-This is an ongoing project; we were brought in 2 or 3 years ago to build
an internet platform.  Project has now shifted to migrating their
SharePoint 2003 platform to SharePoint 2013 and integrating on the internet
platform

-Somebody who has probably a consulting background because they will be
onsite, pulled in a lot of different directions



*Top 4 skills:*

-Hardcore ASP/C# .NET development experience

-Experience migrating SharePoint 2003 to 2013 (experience with web part
development, app development, page layots, branding, master layouts, etc.)

-Front-end skills - CSS and HTML5

-Strong communication and presentation skills as this person will be
working at the client’s site and reporting to the client’s Application
Development Manager, also will need to be cool, calm, and collected as they
may be pulled in a lot of different directions (someone with a consulting
background would be great)





*Miscellaneous:*

-Team is comprised of a lead architect, another developer, and the
application development manager, all of which are employees of the
end-client

-Brightstarr just got the req this morning, but there are competitors
(expects 1-2) so Brightstarr will have “all hands on deck” on their end for
feedback/initial interview scheduling

-If this person is very good/architect level, potential for
contract-to-hire with Brightstarr





*Note from Hiring Manager:*

For the Development, it needs to be a solid resource:



*They have 2013 development work.  .Net based.  Resource needs to front end
knowledge, HTML 5,  CSS*

*First major project is migrationg 2003 sites to 2013 platform.
Essentially coders writing code to export data to import into 2013*

*Probably a good bit of hard core .NET development with 2003 and 2013
experience needed. This should be a fairly senior person. So it is
important they have worked with both 2003 and 2013 which could make it
harder.*
