Serves as escalation point for all issues within a group (infrastructure support/network) in a project. Responsible for maintenance and administration, enhancements, following change management policies, report capacity and availability, updation of the ticketing system and KEDB. Is expected to train and mentor junior administrators. Maintains a roster for shift management (if applicable). Is expected to participate in weekly operational meetings, change management meetings. Expected to lead the team from transition to delivery and also work with Project manager for Infrastructure projects and SI work. Should engage in Continuous Improvement Projects or SIPs to improve productivity and SLAs. In Package Implementation space: The incumbent leads and manage complex DBA projects, has expertise in new technologies, developments, database and application upgrades. Mentors and groom DBAs. Required Skill(s) Webservices Admin (L1) , Webservices Admin (L3) , Scripting Infra (L3) , Middleware Performance Tuning (L3) , MQ Administration (L3) , Infra Performance and Optimization (L1) Essential Skill(s) WebLogic Admin (L1) , Unix Shell Scripting (L1) Additional Skill(s) OSB Admin (L1) Weblogic 10g, 11g management and administration experience about 2 - 4 years- Troubleshoot environment (firewalls/load balancers/etc)- Deployment experiences in QA/PROD a?? 2 yrs to 4 years- Support PROD releases , troubleshootA? - 1year to 3 years- Hands on Unix Shell scripting atleast 1 year- Knowledge of Java/J2EE- Knowledge in OSB Administration.- Knowledge in Apache webserver administration.- Excellent spoken and email skills comminication is mandatoryA?
