*Duration* 12 MONTHS *MOI: PHONE+SKYPE* *SKILLS:* · Previous Humana experience preferred · Previous load testing experience · Very strong communication à Will need to be able to summarize and explain out load test plans, exemptions, results to gain approvals · Very strong problem solving & Analytical thinking · Previous experience of Sr. Test lead/Manager leading a test team. · Previous Hand on Testing experience with strong understanding of Software QA/Testing methodologies and Concepts · Should be able to review the RTM, Test Cases, Test Plans and provide feedback. à This will be key, being able to review the load test plans, making sure teams are applying the correct criteria to their tests · Very strong meeting facilitation experience with a large group from multiple teams. · Experience leading test team(s) on large scale projects with budgets à This person won’t be leading a large team, but rather will be coordinating with a very large number of teams (250+ teams last year) · Experienced leading and coordinating testing activities on projects involving multiple applications/teams à Good to have, but PM will be managing much of these duties · Experienced with preparing reports and communicating with Sr. leadership. à PM will handle most of these duties · Good documentation skills à Being able to summarize test plans very helpful · Excel Experience in creating formulas and formatting is required.
