Hey!
Big +1 from me. Seeing a structure passed by value is just ... ugh.
Cheers!

Hey!
Well, kinda. It seems launching multiple clients in quick succession
doesn't work anymore: https://jira.iotivity.org/browse/IOT-765
Cheers!

If we're ok with Gabriel's reaction (xN), I will drop the issue.

There are 11 pointers, so on a 64-bit machine, we copy 88 bytes.
I'm not really worried about execution time on a little-used function like
OCSetPlatformInfo. I concerned about reactions similar to Gabriel's, where
people evaluating our API think we're ignorant and judge the stack.

It does seem that this could be converted to a const pointer without any

On a Sandybridge, that's 2x256-bit moves, one 128-bit move and one 64-bit
move. Or 5x128-bit moves and one 64-bit one.

Maybe a day or so. That's when I added a cancel handle and select(). It
also took a little more since transports were still split into

Depending on the size, it's acceptable. The rule of thumb is 16 bytes.

The major feature in this release is the CBOR-to-JSON and JSON-to-CBOR

option to the existing cbordump tool, while the reverse conversion is
done by the new json2cbor tool.
We used to have a 2000ms delay in the same context. I corrected that
instance, but a different transport introduced a 4000ms one.
It comes when creating an instance of the stack. Addressing the new
