[dev] Problem While Building Scons scripts on Windows

Hi Iotivity, I have been trying to build Iotivity sample projects in Windows. I?m facing problems to run scons scripts on command prompt. So is the Iotivity builds capable of running in windows or do I have to use Ubuntu to build the project?.. * C
