[dev] compile CA branch error with Android ndk

currently CA branch get compile error with Android ndk. The first problem is Android ndk didn't support stoi this can be fixed by remove "SConscript('compatibility/cpp11_compat.scons')" from build_common/android/SConscript The second problem is resource/csdk/connectivity/common/src/umutex.c:27:18
