You did ask for changes during WG Last Call, and the authors agreed on many of 
them, but then did not produce the -01 draft (and I did not notice this). I 
*really* hope they produce a new version before the submission cutoff on 
Monday; we can then either continue the discussion or send the document to IETF 
Last Call.
