One (the?) major problem is, that the DNS resolver cannot use IPv6
as transport. That makes IPv6-only setups impossible.
Application problems are still there, too, of course.
For example, it is possible to let IE use a proxy via IPv6,
but only with the trick of putting a hostname IPv6-address into
the hosts file (and using that name in the IE configuration,
not the literal address).
