Pete Bruce,
I normally don't log TIS stations on the odd frequencies within the
broadcast band. I was quite surprised. I guess I never noticed the signs
on I-5 either.

Hi Pete,
KKOL is mostly dominant, here in NE Oregon, with KLER next in line
underneath, and several others behind that.

One can only hope as it is no fun to have nearly 900 mile away KOA's IBOC
which is on til 6 PM MST messing up my sunset skip DX on 840 and 860.
Need I mention WTMJ's IBOC coming on in the morning and wrecking any
attempts to get a bit of audio out of what should be the strong Aussie on
612.
Better sunset skip cx to west than could normally be expected this early in
Nov. Another tentative for KKIM 1000 with rlg mx thru phased WMVP but they
switched at 17:59 CST prior to any ID. All kinds of typical western sunset
skip stuff hrd due to phasing.
On the TA front, things like Ireland
Similar results this morning down here in southern Alberta. Around 80
carriers noted, including some decent ones on generally unproductive
frequencies. Audio noted on 531, 594, 693, 702, 747, 774, 1179, 1242,
1422, 1566.Also likely that I was hearing KYUK on 640 as I heard a

The more TeamBLOC talks, the more they sound like grifters. Dissemblings more

Analong's elegant simplicity is what makes it durable in face of constant

But
Given this run of K=0, we should be struggling through the TA's on
the west coast, but no.1215 has had a carrier here for a couple
of hours, rose briefly to audio traces around 0400, then
collapsed.Maybe a dozen wispy carriers elsewhere, and that has been it.
Maybe later

So far in the NW, IBOC is slow to catch on, but we have now 3 on, 850
Tacoma, 1190 1330 Portland. Both KBOI 670 KIXI 880 was going IBOC,
per reports. In the Winter KSL is in 24/7 and their day IBOC is not fun.
Plus there are the Northern CA IBOCers like 910, 960, and 740 SF,
650-Sacramento, 770
No better up here Nick. I still have faint carriers on 1215 and 1053 plus
fair audio on 153 and 189. None of the other carriers noted earlier produced
any audio.
