My last posting took 29 hours to be delivered, hope this one takes arrives a
little faster. Hawaii is impossible at this location. If fact, of my 5 times
at Grayland I have only heard Hawaii once. Heard Tahiti here, Thailand,
Norway, Germany, but no Hawaii. If the storm is near Hawai
Odd conditions at 1440UT.774, 747 and 828 quite good audio at
times w/EE language lesson, but most other channels didn't even have
a carrier on them, yet 864, 1287 and 954 had weak audio (also
presumably Japanese).
Seems quite variable though as 5 minutes later, there were more
carriers,
No audio or carriers were heard here in Arizona.

Only two MW TPs with audio this morning, JOUB 774 at 1058 UTC and 828
JOBB very weak at 1435 UTC. No long-waves heard.
On the tropical band the 3 Austrailian stations were heard
(2485-2325-2310)along with Chinese (3280) and Korean stations.
(2850-3250-3320) Weak signal on 3345 I

agoNHK2's s/off chimes poor to fair in the splash from 770 at
1641 through 1645UTWeak carrier still on 747, but not able to

Man, we really had different experiences this morning the
Victoria/Orcas bunch Maybe it was the very up/down nature of
things. For me, it was equally good/bad on both high and low bands,
with all of the usual JJ suspects being the only audio, except for
675 Viet Nam (pres.) and SOMETH
I've been using Total Recorder to do overnight recording and had great luck
earlier in the week when I nabbed the WWNH DX test and also heard WLVL ID on

My three HI catches are 650, 760 and 900. 760 was REL and 900 was Hawaiian

brought on line. It will issue a special message when conditions change
