WINS signed off this morning (8/5) at 0030 as scheduled. The announcer said that they would sign back on at 0430. In WINS absence, CFRB is dominant on my NW loop and WOLB is dominant on my NE loop. There is a rumble underneath and maybe something will pop through, but it doesn't sound promising.
