All evening from the N/NE I have been getting an S9 open carrier on 760.
Any idea who might be coming on? I can hear Burns Lake BC u/the OC.

They have either not changed to their night pattern OR they are doing
transmitter work.

Ah, Willis is probably 100 percent correct!
What you heard was the syndicated Timeless Favorites satelitte delivered
music format from ABC Radio.
WJES originally ran it's own "Carolina Hits" format, then began simulcasting
WCRS.
I *think* WJES still might run it's own format 6am to 12noon before
Paul how easily do you forget, that was WJES 1200 simulcasting WCRS 1450 ...

Had to get up for work today, and did so early enough (1140UT) to fit in a
little DXing. There was a hint that even earlier might have been useful, as
there were a number of Asian carriers until 1150UT, though no audio. After
that, the DUs took over, and as always, nothing was really steady s
Bert,
Hearing the same announcer could've meant you heard two totally unrelated
and non co-owned stations that happen to run the same satelitte delivered
music network.. and that same announcer could've been doing the local
liner between songs, coming out of a break or at the end of the song.

I was unable to hear the same thing being played at the same time on
either frequency. However, the announcer's voice was the same each time and the
announcement was the same. The one on 1450 came around 1913 and the one on 1200
came around 1945.
Thanks for the help.

I dont think it's either one, Bert.
At least I'm sure it isn't WXIT, as they are NewsTalk... and I think WATA is
Talk/Full Service.
Were these two stations on AM 1450 and Am 1200 simulcasting or did you just
happen to hear similar formats on both?

This evening I was listening to 1450 at 1913. I heard a station playing
oldies. The signal was good with slight fading. At 1945, I found myself on 1200
listening to a station playing oldies. Once again, the signal was good with
slight fading. The announcement was the same so I jumped up to

My question is about 1150, where I heard an oldies station at

Listened from 1110-1215 ut and it was a better day than yesterday with carriers
on 612, 675, 738 and 774. I even had a little audio on 774 at 1140 ut. It was
all DU per the loop.

Folks,
Dawn is obviously getting later (FINALLY!) I DXed from 1145 until
1235 Band Fade. Things really didn't get going until 1200 and faded
soon after 1230. The peak seemed to be 1210 to 1215. Most signals
below were present from about 1210 until around 1230 and were 7s at
peaks unless note
