It does seem not seem that long ago when the old owner sold the two
stations. I heard & QSL'd the old 103.9. They were a toughie to log.

without selective fading -- just sitting hardly varying more
than 2 - 3 db.

That's a nice catch you got in Scotland! Not quite as big a deal but
when my wife and I honeymooned in NZ in Nov. 1978, I picked up KNX
and heard the election returns (Jerry Brown was elected as CA
governor). Regardless of conditions, KNX is one of the most
consistent So. Cal. stations here
LWBC 164 Mongolia unusually good today, one of the best days I've heard it.
First noted at 1311 utc, still being heard at 1454 utc! 6.5-7 level, poor,

It sure is, although I have Nebraska confirmed by a pirate station (KIPM,
Elkhorn) and an amateur station, but this is the first medium wave
confirmation.
I got a nice clean copy of WHAW in Weston West Virginia this morning. I'm
going to try with them as well.
