Pete,
I heard Anguilla 1610 several times in the past week, peaking above the
TIS/HAR signals. They are now running 25 KW.

Interesting, as my observations here were the opposite. My work
schedule has limited listening to a short sample the last several
mornings, but this morning was definitely the best for at least a week.

Incidentally, I don't think KCBS every aired Dolly Holiday, instead airing
the long-running Music Till Dawn, which the CBS O and O's carried.
KOA aired Holiday, and I believe KOB in Albuquerque did, too.

Ah, yes. Dolly Holiday with an all-night program on 50KW stations, for the

I don't think there was much in the way of content, just beautiful music
and some commercials.
It endedat the end of 1971.

I told Gary the CC-SWP I had was the most sensitive small radio I had. It has
better audio through the small speaker than the Sangean DT-400W. It actually,
through the headphones, shows that the overall audio is superior which it

From the "shameless self-promotion" files...we had a special edition of
our "1370 Connection" talk show planned for today back when we thought
tonight would be the last night of analog TV - and even though only one
station (not ours) in the market is shutting down, we're still doing the
show.
Listened from 1340-1420 utc and like the last few days all audio and carriers
were on the bottom part of the band. Weak audio was heard on 594, 747, 774 and
873. Strong carrier on 972 but never did get any audio from it.
