I monitored 960, but didn't hear the WHYL DX Test. IBOC QRM from local KRWZ-950 is tough enough to get by, but then there's CFAC which is a powerhouse pest. If CFAC were off (or not using non-directional pattern) WHYL would have stood a chance. The other stations heard here tonight on 960 were KMA
