Don, Too weak and distant or a local, :-) but it could be a carrier current campus station with a bit of wire as help for coverage. QSL'd a couple of those, SLC and Sacramento. It doesn't take a lot of power on a clear spot on the dial to get out well. They could be using a watt or two. Patrick
