Was only able to do some timed recordings this morning due to an early start in data gathering. Yes, NHK2 is again signing off at 1500UT now, at least on weekdays, and HLAZ-1566 can be heard here if one tunes in at 1230UT for the beginning of the Japanese broadcast, with both FEBC and HLAZ IDs.
